The author is inviting youth to contribute original Haiku for the next edition of this workbook. If they are interested in being considered for publication, please send a copy to the address provided below. Each contributed poem should include the student’s name, parent’s name and address and phone. Please include only 1 poem per student. If selected, they will be sent a permission form and waiver to include for publication which they must return. If not selected, poems will not be returned, so please keep copies for your records.
